Originally designed by Tapio Wirkkala in 1974, the stunning Arnica collection has been re-released from iittala's archives for a limited time. Inspired by the melting ice of Lapland’s far north, Wirkkala transformed this unique phenomenon into a sculpted glass vase. The small yet wide shape will be look stunning paired with a variety of flowers and branches, which accentuate the vase's lively, textured surface. The Arnica vase is mouth-blown at the Iittala glass factory in Finland and is signed with the designer’s initials and the year of manufacture.
