We are located in Minneapolis, MN. Our owner, however not Finnish, fell in love with the country and its culture when he studied abroad there in college. Can I return a sauna hygrometer/thermometer if it is not accurate for a full refund.

Absolutely. If there are any issues with your item, please contact us before returning so we can assist you with the return. We include instructions on how to calibrate as well.
How do I ship the same item to multiple addresses?

You will have to place two separate orders. We are not able to split shipping on a single order. If the total falls under $75 for either order, there will be a shipping charge.
