Finnish glass designer Markku Salo's torso vase is both a functional object and a sculpture of the female form. Available in two colors, the dark version has a pebbly textured appearance and light version has a frosty glow created by sandblasting. Designed in 2005, Torso vases have been mold blown in the Nuutajärvi glass village. The base of each vase has the etched words Markku Salo Nuutajärvi.
