The renowned works of Finnish pioneers Alvar Aalto and Tove Jansson combine to celebrate 90 years of Artek and 80 years since the first Moomin story. The classic L-leg Stool 60 by Aalto is decorated with playful illustrations by Tove Jansson that are laser engraved onto the seat top and bentwood legs. The artwork is a mix of doodle-like line drawings of familiar friends from Moominvalley, combined with hand-written texts from Jansson's earliest notebooks and Moomin stories. The honey-stained finish adds to the vintage appeal and nostalgic character of the stool. The limited-edition Artek + Moomin Celebration Stool 60 is made in Finland from birch veneer.
