I am really pleased with this flatware set. I’d been searching for a long time when I came across these. The design is beautiful, the sheen is exactly what I was looking for and they feel great in my hand. I was a bit hesitant at first because the place settings were more than I was looking to spend, but now that I have them, I’m happy to say I did the right thing and have no regrets! ALSO: I had occasion to use their customer service and was really impressed by their quick response and gracious attitude.

Brushed stainless steel teaspoons

I have the whole set of this flatware. I think it is brushed stainless steel, but whatever it’s called, it makes this flatware look high quality. The shape of the spoons are nice too. The design makes it stand out from the rest. This is what caught my eye when I was looking for some good flatware.

This set is wonderful. Feels great in the hand and they are the perfect weight. Another plus is that they forks and spoons stack so neatly that they don't take up much space in the drawer. I love the finish and can't wait to host a dinner to show them off!

The Search Is Over

After years of trying to find the perfect stainless flatware, I finally found it. Iittala’s Citterio is sturdy and feels just right in the hand. With it’s brushed surface, it doesn’t show marks even after coming out of the dishwasher. Best of all, I love it’s classic modern design. I bought a set for 12 a few years ago and now I bought 8 more forks because they seem to be what I’m always running out of.

Love these spoons. They are a perfect weight and feel great in the hand. They also don’t spot in the dishwasher. Most of all the design is beautiful.

The stickers on the back of each spoon are crazy-hard to get off. I’ve run them through the dishwasher at least a dozen times and some of them still have a gluey film on the back. I’m assuming it will eventually wear off.

These little babies are just right for my cup of coffee. I don't use a big mug, but if I did they would still work. Lovely finish. Also are perfect for taking small spoonfuls of Ben&Gerry's.....

The iittala Citterio 98 flatware have replaced all my other flatware. They coordinate as beautifully as I thought they would with my Teema dinnerware and Essence glasses. I've admired this style for a long time, and the Finnstyle sale has enabled my to purchase. Very comfortable to eat with, and they set in the plate without sliding around. I am very happy with this purchase, and will buy more placesettings before the sale ends.

I purchased 2 of these spoons to add to my collection. To be honest I use them more for serving condiments than stirring coffee or tea - yet the beauty of them is that they can be used for all these things. Of course the simple beauty of the iittala Citterio line only adds to the appreciation for the spoons.
