I cannot find the terms and conditions of the gift certificate anywhere. Would like to read the fine print before I buy these. For example, is it valid on sale merchandise, in conjunction with promotions (promo-codes), etc.

Hello,
You are not able to use it with additional promotion codes. It is valid with any "Marked" sale items - it deducts, like cash, off of the TOTAL from your cart once at checkout and you enter the promotional card code. Any site promotions that automatically apply to your cart without the need for a promotional code are valid for purchase.
When purchasing, you enter the recipients email address to send the virtual certificate to, and it will instantly be sent to them upon purchase. You can include a gift message along with the email.
This coupon is not valid for "in store" purchases, only online.
