When the towel arrived it was quite wrinkled . I contacted FinnStyle and I was told that it is due to likely because of the Linen-Cotton blend and most likely all the towels with the same blend materials would arrive wrinkled. So no point of exchanging it. Towel itself is beautiful and very good quality. It was going to be a gift. No option of returning it for store credit was offered.
