Q & A
Finnish designer and professor Eero Aarnio is best known for his innovations in modern furniture and design, and here he expresses his love for cats through his joyful Kisu collection. Originally designed in 2020 by Aarnio, this white, large-scale decorative object is suitable for both indoors and outdoors with its 100% polyethylene material. Cat enthusiasts will be charmed by this adorable feline figure, and it's curved back and upright tail will add a playful touch to any modern space. The Kisu collection is inspired by Aarnio's childhood memories at his family apartment in Kallio, where he would play with stray cats that would wander the city streets. Aarnio decided on the name "Kisu" as 'Kisumisu" was a common term of endearment for cats in his family.
