Rosenthal Suomi Sandwich Platter

This elongated platter is designed for sandwiches, but it's useful for serving many types of food. Its 14-inch length could easily hold six or eight ears of corn, a dozen lamb chops, or a whole salmon filet. I recently had guests for a salmon dinner and this platter was the ideal serving piece for the fish. Like most pieces in the Suomi line, it has beautiful, subtly curving edges. It's a welcome addition to my Suomi collection.
