This covered vegetable bowl is probably the most elegant piece in the Suomi range. The lid, with its recessed grip, and the stainless steel handle lend a real air of distinction to this serving bowl. I bought two of these with an eye to first using them at Thanksgiving dinner. However, two days after receiving the bowls, I realized I could also use one of them as an ice bucket. That evening, a few neighbors were over for cocktails and several people commented on my beautiful new ice bucket. I think these bowls' versatility is going to result in them being used quite frequently.
