More about Artek Alvar Aalto Side Table 915Two loops of birch lamella hold two lacquered trays for maximum surface area in minimum space. The shelves' upturned edges give it a distinct look but also function to keep the items placed on them secure. This fluid design is the work of Alvar Aalto for the Paimio Sanitarium in 1932, but remains just as timelessly modern today. The lightweight side table can be placed at the end of a couch to hold coasters and magazines or used as a nightstand. It also works great as an entry way catch-all table for keys and mail.

Good morning,

I can see the measurement on your website, but I can not see the height of the first tray and the distance between 1st and 2nd tray.

Would it be possible for you to send me those detailed measurements ?

Hello, we checked with Artek and they have informed us that there is 19.5 cm (7 2/3 inches) from the top of the lower trays shelf to the bottom of the top tray.

The total height of the tray is 23 1/4 inches. Each tray "lip" on the sides are approximately 2 inches high, so the shelf of the top tray would be at around 21 inches
