Marimekko's Pieni Unikko poppy fabric pattern divides the Unikko pattern into two sections. This pattern in blue has light blue centers and black stems. The beautiful and playful Unikko pattern was designed in 1964 by Maija Isola and has been one of Marimekko's most popular patterns for many years.
