Pentik Posio Dinnerware

Designed by the founder of Pentik, Anu Pentik, this dinnerware reflects the thoughtful and passionate work of Pentik ceramic artists. In the basin of the bowl, a bird hitches a ride on a reindeer. The image is reminiscent of cave drawings, and captures the primitive style that Pentik's handcrafted dinnerware is known for. In Finland, reindeer aren't just meaningful during the holiday season. With the number of reindeer in Finland roughly equal to the number of people living there, it's become somewhat of a Lapland icon. The intentionally imperfect edge adds to the handcrafted appeal of these substantial pieces. The handcrafted ceramic is conveniently microwave, oven, freezer, and dishwasher safe.
