We got a black one and a brown one for my parents 70s birthday gift. The quality is fabulous and for being 100% wool, they are not scratchy or itchy at all.

Beautiful Wool Throw
January 27, 2019
I love this wool throw! It's a perfect addition to my favorite chair for use during cold months. I sit by the fire wrapped in this blanket. I especially like the fact that it's reversible - so you can fold it to beige or white when not using. I especially like to fold it to the white side which looks great on my brown/eggplant colored chair.
Pros
Thick, soft and warm.
Great size.
Attractive pattern shows on both sides without being overwhelming.
Very high-quality workmanship.

Delighted with this Purchase
December 7, 2017
After returning from a vacation in Finland last year, I regretted not buying this Saaga Blanket for my daughter who studied abroad there for a year and has returned twice since. While there, we bought 2 linen Saaga napkins which we've now made into pillow shams. Admiring the Pentik quality, I have desired more home goods to use back in the US. After directly emailing Pentik and realizing the shipping costs, I gave up last Christmas on getting her this blanket. Her visits to the reindeer farms in Lapland are cherished memories, so this year I am surprising her with the Saaga reindeer blanket. She will be overjoyed. The cost was reasonable and the shipping was quick. I only wish I had discovered FinnStyle before paying $36 shipping to get mustard and Fazer chocolates straight from Finland. Now, I have my FinnStyle cart full of Fazer for Christmas gifts this year.
