Hello- I noticed most of the small trays are marked dishwasher safe. Are the large trays not indicated as dishwasher safe just because of the size? Could they otherwise withstand wet food and vigorous manual washing under water? Thanks in advance

They are not dishwasher safe.
You may hand wash them - Do not soak them.
