Q & A
The year 2024 marks the 60th anniversary of Unikko (Poppy), one of the most recognized Marimekko print designs in the world. To celebrate, this patchwork-like design combines different variations of the original print into one. Fittingly named Unikko Kollaasi (Collage), the celebratory poppies decorate this three-piece kitchen textile set. The Unikko Kollaasi tea towel is made from a durable cotton-linen blend while the oven mitt/pot holder includes polyester padding to ensure protection from contact heat. The Marimekko kitchen set is packaged in an Unikko 60th anniversary gift box.
Please note: These Marimekko items are sewn using the whole width of the fabric, and therefore their appearance and pattern placement may vary from the photo. See secondary photo for a preview of the full Unikko Kollaasi pattern.
