Marimekko’s most popular print is reborn once more. Maija Isola's Unikko "Poppy" pattern takes on a deep blue background with soft cream and light blue blooms. Made from 100% cotton sateen, this bedding is soft to the touch – making that morning alarm clock entirely too easy to resist.Marimekko Care Instructions

About Sateen:
The sateen weaving process places more threads on the surface of the fabric instead of equally woven within the fabric which results in a weave that is extremely soft to the touch. Slightly less durable than other weaving techniques, the extra soft and luxurious nature of sateen fabrics require a bit more care during washing.

This is the second set I have purchased. They are so happy and eye catching for me when I walk into my bedroom. The fitted sheet has a very deep pocket to accommodate a combination of mattress and toppers.

Love them!
November 25, 2013
I own the sheets, shams, and the duvet cover. I love, love, love them! The gender neutral colors are wonderful, my husband doesn't fuss about the flowers. This amazing design makes one happy to crawl into these covers after a long day.
Pros
Gender neutral colors, wonderful smooth texture. Doesn't show kitty hair.
Cons
May turn out with wrinkles if forgotten in the dryer. I consider that user error then. Spendy

High Quaility Eye Catcher

I have the duvet cover and pillow case and they are so unique (ba ha ha) but still goes well with more classic furniture. The sateen finish feels so good I want to wrap up in the cover and skip my sheets! ASAP I will be finish buying from this collection. I would recommend this product, to anyone.
Pros
Material is sturdy but soft and not at all bulky.
Cons
Doesn't seem to stain as my cat seems to dig it more and more. I have spot cleaned a small area and it cleaned easily.

The colors are dull in person...and I think that is mostly due to the khaki, which is more like olive. The fabric is thin and apparently wrinkles like the devil. It cost a ton to send it back, but I had nothing else to do with it, so back it went, lesson learned. On the flip side it arrived quickly, and FinnStyle has an easy return policy.

Beautiful Marimekko colour and fabric
July 19, 2013
As always I am very happy with this Marimekko purchase. The colour is lovely and it matches my sheets. Used Marimekko since the seventies in Europe when no one else seemed to know it. Very European colour combinations.
Pros
Lovely dusk colour and soft material. Fitting beautifully.
Cons
Would have liked to see that pillow cases came with the set. They are not available by themselves.
The smaller, beautiful flowers lull you to sleep in their colors of dusk. Ample sheet coverage in crisp cotton. Pairs nicely with the Unikko comforter's large scale design.
The dusk bedding has been discontinued by the manufacturer. We have since sold out of all Unikko Dusk bedding, other than the sheet sets. Our apologies.
