I am fond of saturated colors, stripes, cotton, and clean lines. I have other Marimekko garments, but had never tried Marimekko socks. The only size remaining in burgundy + chartreuse was 5/6, which I feared would be small; but I ordered them anyway because that color combination has been a favorite of mine for about five decades. Size 5/6 is a BIT small for my US size 8 / European size 39 feet. But I'll wear the socks anyway because they are so pretty.
