Maija Louekari's Räsymatto (Rag Rug) pattern was inspired by the handmade textiles typically found in Finnish summer cottages. Here, it's featured on a beautiful and convenient placemat in neutral, earthy shades of black, grey, and clay brown. Acrylic-coated cotton makes minor messes easily wiped clean, but also allows it to be machine washable for more major spills. It feels coarser than untreated cotton, but still feels like fabric and not like vinyl of earlier placemats. Plus, the eco-friendly treatment helps to avoid wrinkling when folded!
Care: Machine washable. Follow instructions on tag.
