Q & A
Meaning spring in Italian, "Primavera" is a pattern painted by Maija Isola when she was living in Oran, Algeria. Because of this, it's thought it has a touch of homesickness in it. Perhaps Isola was yearning to be back in Finland where wildflowers like marigold bloom in the morning dew. Here, the flowers are stunning in shades of soft lilac and lush green on crisp white stoneware. As the name suggests, this bowl is perfect for soup and cereal but is also great for yogurt, pasta, and more. It's conveniently microwave, oven, freezer, and dishwasher safe for daily use.
