Very versatile plate. Great as a dinner plate, to serve curries without having to worry that the liquid is going to spill, or great as a tray too! I like the flat surface of the plate which makes me use this as a cake tray (unlike other plates that have a concave - kind of structure.
Pros
Written above - strong, sturdy and has a touch of that Finnish white posh. Great on any kind of dinner table or arrangement - goes great with both Marimekko tableware but others too, particularly Muji dinnerware.
Cons
Too early to tell. It's a tad heavy...but sturdy ones are.

The size of the plate is generous and the slightly formed rim on the edge keeps sauce and liquids on the plate. It has a minimalist look for a great Scandanavian table setting.
