I love the design. The glaze is great and the foot very smooth. Just must be very careful of the wood knob on the lid and the wooden handle. Be certain they are dry after washing. The use of Olive Oil is suggest if they start to wear of=ver time.

I like this combination of porcelain and wood. It matches Iittala Teema series very much. This teapot comes with a matching porcelain strainer. It works okay and convenient. I bought a stainless strainer (87mm one) to catch tiny loose tea leaves.
