Q & A
Finnish for marigold, this floral print has the organic brush strokes and swipes of its creation by Aino-Maija Metsola in 2010. A watercolor design, the leaves and petals blend seamlessly into one another, effortlessly blurring the line between where one starts and the other begins. Printed on 100% cotton, the Marimekko Kehäkukka Fabric is machine washable, making it ideal for a sweet summer skirt or the inspiration for a beautiful quilt.

I made curtains with this fabric, and I enjoyed working with such fine cotton. Theselvages were straight to make measuring accurate. The cotton is lush, but irons nicely. The colors are vibrant and add so much to my boring, white kitchen.
Pros
I love the color, the quality of cotton - everything.
Cons
It would be nice if the pattern also came a little smaller, smaller projects.
