The blanket is pure wool. In my minds eye I had expected a softer feel . There is the bonus ;the other side has the same design ,but with another color for the background ,a brown tweedy. All the sides have the blue blanket stitch. The design is enlarged so it doesn’t really look like the photo above ,every facet is bigger. (Enclosed photo shows opp side )
