Part of iittala's spring 2013 Sarjaton collection, the Letti Pearl Grey Soup / Cereal Bowl was patterned to mimic traditional woven fabrics. Finnish for "braid", a vertical plait design adorns the outer surface giving the bowl a unique striped pattern, subtly raised for texture. The polished porcelain bowl was specially created for iittala by the design duo Musuta, whose aesthetic is rooted in the Finnish way of life. The iittala Sarjaton Letti Bowl's softly rounded shape easily holds your favorite soup, cereal, or snack.

These dishes are fabulous; a lovely mixture of minimalist & cozy! We first purchased the blush pink mugs from a tea website and we fell in love with them! We did a little research and found out that there was a full dining set, so now we are in the process of building a complete set! We will be buying our plates next!

I love this bowl. The color is lighter and more grey than it appears in the photo, but really nice. I have many bowls this shape and it's very versatile. The color and texture make this my favorite.
