A modern interpretation of an ornate goblet, the Maribowl is the result of a 1960's collaboration between iittala and Marimekko. It wasn't until Marimekko founder Armi Ratia used them in her garden parties, however, that they gained their immense popularity. Now, the Finnish-made objects are a favorite among fanatics to present candies, serve post-dinner parfaits or simply display as art. The juicy cranberry red is glamorous, but surprisingly versatile; it is an obvious start to a new collection or an exciting addition to a growing one.
