I bought two pairs! One as a present to a good friend and great seamstress! She absolutely likes the scissors. The other for myself and bought some Marimekko fabric to sew a quilt for little granddaughter who is supposed make her appearance on the Fourth of July.

Fiskars tailor scissors have a heft and cutting ability that is generally found in much more expensive tailors' scissors. I've used them already on a very heavy felt fabric and they cut with ease. I expect good quality from Fiskars, and these scissors deliver.
I bought Fiskars over 30 years ago and they were great. I bought a new pair a while back and they were made in China and terrible. Are your Fiskars really made in Finland of the same quality of their original scissors?
