I had heard of the high quality of Finlayson's fabric and now understand how they got that reputation! The inside of this mitt feels like silk--it's really luxurious. Compared with several other mitts by other companies I purchased on sale, this one is a bit smaller in size; for me, and for other small people, that's a plus; someone with a very large hand might find it a bit small. But I am very pleased and got this one at a great sale price. Now I am looking forward to taking something out of the oven with it . . .
