Banskia is an Australian tree with fruiting cones that often make their way into beautiful bouquets. Here, the floral is honored in shades of fuchsia, pink, and white on a petrol-hued backdrop. Designer Riina Heinonen first created it using a small brush to paint the serrated leaf detailing. The design is printed on these beautiful and functional cotton potholders. A double seam sewed diagonally helps them fold, so grabbing pans from the oven is a pinch. The exterior is made from 100% rib weave cotton, while the padding is 70% cotton and 30% polyethylene. It has a CE marking, which means it has been tested for adequate protection against contact heat. The set of Finlayson potholders is also treated with Easy Care, which allows it to be ironed after machine washing. When not in use, hang the pretty pair on display using the attached loops.
