INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour, sugar, certified palm oil, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, cocoa mass, spices (cardamom, cinnamon, cloves), molasses, whey powder ( from milk ), milk fat, salt, raising agent (sodium hydrogen carbonate), emulsifier (soy lecithin), natural and artificial flavorings. CONTAINS:Wheat, milk, soy, gluten, lactose. May contain eggs. At least 30% cocoa in milk chocolate.

I really like these cookies. They are not too sweet but have a lot of flavor with the ginger and chocolate. I ordered them during a cold spell and they arrived slightly melted probably because of shipping them in a warm truck? It didn't matter. They weren't as pretty as they could have been, but they were still yummy!
