'Quack' a smile the next time your bake or cook with the Alessi White Duck Kitchen Timer. Part of Alessi's "A di Alessi" line which provides the best in design at an affordable price, this timer was designed by Eero Aarnio, one of the pioneers of using plastic in industrial design. This thermoplastic resin timer takes form of a quirky long-necked duck and encompasses traditional and modern mechanics. It is set by manually rotating the central dial: clockwise sets the minutes and counterclockwise for the seconds. The remaining time is digitally exhibited on a liquid crystal display and a funny duck quack goes off to alert you when time is up. Fun and functional, the Alessi White Duck Kitchen Timer can be placed on any flat surface and is the perfect addition to any kitchen.
