I have been purchasing Aarikka products for a number of years and am very glad that Finn Style continues to carry Aarikka items. This is the first time I have experienced a glitch in the product. First I want to say the" length of this necklace is great and the dark brown color is rich and beautiful." The clasp malfunctioned and would not close. I called right away and had hoped for a replacement, but there were no more "dark brown" necklaces available. Finn Style was more than willing to credit my account or to replace it with another color. I decided to keep the dark brown necklace and take it to a repair shop. The shop was able to repair the clasp. I called Finn Style and told them I would keep the necklace as I had bought it for a friend's birthday and the repair had gone smoothly.
