More about Pentik Hiirenvirna Navy / Multi Throw PillowHiirenvirna means Vicia cracca in Finnish, a type of plant referred to as Vetch. For what many consider to be a common weed, it is strikingly beautiful. Its tall stem climbs toward the light and is decorated with violet-colored petals. It grows all over the meadows of Finland, and is nicknamed "Mouse's pea" there because of its green, seed-bearing pods. Liina Harju captures their look beautifully on this spring-evoking pattern, alongside other colorful wildflowers. Printed on 100% cotton, this cushion cover is easily removed from an insert for machine washing via a side zipper.

Beautiful color and design

I bought the gray and the navy, and both colors allow the flowers to pop. I love them, and my husband does, too. The flowers are vibrant, and the design is unique, just as pictured, yet the pillows are more beautiful in person. The zipper is smooth and hidden neatly. I plan to purchase a couple of more. They arrived packed beautifully, as do all items purchased from FinnStyle.
