HOW BIG ARE THE FLOWERS? AT THE EDGES OF THE TABLECLOTH IS WHITE THE PREDOMINANT COLOR? CAN i SEE AN EXAMPLE. THE ROUND TABLE IS 42 INCHES IN DIAMETER. wOULD THIS OVERWHELM THE TABLES IN A SMALL 8X10 alcove room.

Each flower is around 12-15 inches across in the Large Unikko pattern (which the tabel runner has). The white background is not overwhelming, but helps the dark flowers "pop". This tablecloth is 62 inches in diameter, so would overlap around 10 inches around your table - I'm not able to say whether you feel this would be too much for your 8X10 room, however we do have a return/exchange policy if you choose to try it:
