Maija Isola’s classic Unikko pattern has been reissued in a variety of shades and sizes since its creation in 1964. A timeless floral, Unikko distinguishes itself with its bold, splashy aesthetic. The design achieves a contemporary freshness in copper and brown on a dark violet backdrop. Ecru centers and brownish red stems and stamins accent the rich metallic colorway. Made from 100% cotton sateen, the smooth feel and drape of the fabric is preserved with convenient machine washability. The design is printed on a slightly smaller scale, making it particularly versatile as anything from a tablecloth to a dress.
