Maija Louekari's 2017 Veljekset pattern celebrated Finland's 100th anniversary of independence and has been brought back this year in striking shades of violet. Inspired by Finnish folk tales, it artfully depicts the wildlife that inhabits the northern country. It is featured on the Marimekko Relle Cosmetic Bag, which is a supersized zip pouch perfect for the person who has a lot of makeup. It also can fit larger toiletries like shampoos or contain clutter for crafters. The cotton exterior is durable and the black polyamide interior makes it easy to wipe clean in case of makeup spills.
