Coffee lovers will be excited about this addition to the Oiva dinnerware collection, a much larger size than the Marimekko mugs collectors may be familiar with. Fit a full 13.5 oz serving of your favorite hot drink in this porcelain piece, which is microwave, oven, dishwasher and freezer safe. Bold, simple details make it beautiful on its own or easily mixed and matched with other designs. Maija Louekari's take on polka dots is dressed in a rich red, adding festivity to holiday settings and a pop of color to daily dining. Räsymatto is Finnish for "rag rug", and the design is meant to mimic the geometric pattern found in such handmade textiles
Care: Microwave, oven, freezer and dishwasher safe.

All mugs should be this size, so Scandinavian large is American normal. The handle is thin but I hope sturdy. A pleasant container for hot beverages

Everyone in our house opts for these larger mugs, over the smaller ones. Great combo of heft and fun red polka dots. This mug also looks perfect with our black Rasymotto bowls. Although I of course do NOT advise this, because it's porcelain, it even survived a drop from our counter to the maple kitchen floor.
