From the picture, I thought I’d like this little bowl, but it’s even lovelier than I expected. I had to rearrange a few objects so I could put it on my coffee table! Also, it arrived on time and carefully packed.

Marimekko photo mislead me

This dish appeared to me to have a pitted rough, matte finish on the outside with the smooth, glossy glaze inside and extending over the rim. It actually is smooth and glossy all over, with the black spots not as prominent as in the photo. It was a disappointment, but I did decide to keep it since it looked good with my green Koppa serving dish and I also got the matching bowls.
