I was a little surprised that this material was a bit thinner than expected, but maybe my expectations were unrealistic. I think it is a good thing though, because it will make it easier to cut and sew. I love the pattern, as it would match any decor and isn't overpowering.

I love this as a table topper over my larger solid colored table cloths, a very pretty contrast with its black and white design. It lays very flat and smooth, and stays in place. I then add bold flowers and use white dishes.
