Based on another Marimekko towel I own, I knew this needed to be washed 2 or 3 times to soften up, but I also know it will last forever and not fade. The colors are vibrant and fun, and the towel is very generously sized with a nice size hanging loop sewn across one corner. Definitley worth the price because they are so durable.
