Q & A
Kevätesikko is Finnish for the Cowslip, or spring blooming primrose. Erja Hirvi’s 2011 print is a delicate and simplistic take on the blooming Kevätesikko of Finland. Printed on 100% cotton, the Marimekko Kevätesikko White/Green Fabric features the outstretched blooms of the primrose on a crisp white background. Great for a simple spring dress or tablecloth, this fabric is machine washable.
