This platter is a best seller with good reason. The pattern is crisp, clean and striking. I plan to display and use this year round. Black and shite is easy to brighten up with red for Christmas or other colors for other times.

This large tray is a bit unusual for a Marimekko design. It's not the usual colorful, playful Marimekko nor the graphically bold, abstract Marimekko. This somber, almost formal-looking design of closely, regularly spaced white dots on a black ground is really distinctive. Its size makes it ideal as a bar tray and its sophisticated design makes it useful for even the most elegant occasions.
