We love these cups and saucers and use them all the time. The saucer works very well of a small snack and it's pattern is a lovely compliment to that on the cup.

I love the colors and pattern of the cup, but the design is not as harmonious in the saucer: lines in the flowers and stems are less curvy than in the cup, giving the saucer a more rigid feel; and the smaller designs in the saucer mean that at first sight the fine lines of orange and green colors blend into a quite ugly brown -- all in all the saucer does not match its beautifully dreamy cup.
I bought this as a gift - I will either return both or give the cup and discard the saucer (though this would make a pretty expensive cup)
Merchant Response:The scale of the pattern does vary slightly on the saucer when compared closely to the cup. Most customers have not had an issue with the size/line/shape/color of the saucer, but it will not be an exact match to the cup, so it is a matter for preference you should consider.
