I have wanted to purchase a Marimekko design book for a long time. This is my first such purchase. For several years I have been fascinated and drawn to the Marimekko prints and have purchased many items from Finn Style. I have even redecorated my home using Marimekko fabrics to recover chairs, purchased pillows, tablecloths...the list goes on.In this book, I am learning about what inspires the different artists and I ,in turn, am encouraged to look at the world around me in a new way.

So glad that all those beautiful patterns are bound into a volume. It is a joy to flip through the pages. It got four stars, because there was no index to quickly find things. Not that it is such a big problem, an excuse to handle it more, which is not such a bad thing...
