Inspired by the birth of opera, the intricate illustrations depict forest inhabitants dressed for a fancy affair. A flute-playing deer, pipe-smoking rooster and a dancing badger are among the colorful characters. I loved the story behind the Tanssi collection. Lovely quality and packed well. I thought the cups would be a bit bigger. I wish Finnstyle carried the saucers and cups separately.
