Q & A
Tanssi, the Finnish word for “dance”, is a reinterpretation of the visual designs Haapaniemi created for the Finnish National Opera’s production of “The Cunning Little Vixen”. The earthy tones and whimsical characters are delightful and timeless wall art. Each glazed porcelain disc has a lipped rim on the hollowed back side which makes it simple to hang. Collect the Badger, Deer, Fox, Hen and Rooster for an ensemble that will add liveliness to any room.

The badger plate is a wonderful design. It looks good on the wall and fits well with traditional and contemporary design. My only complaint is the hanging mechanism. It has a lipped rim on the underside, which makes it simple to hang. However, there is no other means to secure it in place, which I think would prevent someone from accidentally knocking it off the wall.
