I like it to go with my red taika as a tray cloth beneath plates. And it would be overwhelming to have too much of that pattern all at once, but if you want it as a wall hanging get the high contrast alternative in gray and black.

Great color, very serviceable tea towel

I bought them because they match my Taika dishes. Then I worried that the intense red might bleed in the wash--but it didn't. They are surprisingly absorbent--very serviceable towels.
