These large, shallow bowls make serving very easy. They work interchangeably as fruit, salad, or vegetable bowls. Come to think of it, they'd also be great for a stew. Beautifully made, and I'm very glad I got them.

I think these will be useful. Only thing is, I was expecting a whiter shade and these are definitely cream color not white. Still the quality seems good/durable so I can recommend them for a shallow serving bowl.

A wonderful, all-purpose bowl with a classic modern shape and matte glaze. I expect this will appear on my table rather frequently-- with food or as a centerpiece.

This is the first Sarjaton piece I've acquired. The low-slung form is both attractive and functional. It makes a sleek fruit bowl or baking dish. The creamy white porcelain is strong but not heavy, and it has the additional advantage of matching the white in the iittala 24h collection.

This bowl is so beautifully simple with a perfectly balanced shape, lustrous finish, and elegant versatility. I can see many uses for it, from displaying fruit, to baking frittata, to serving fresh green beans at the table.
