To celebrate the 100th anniversary of Finnish independence, iittala has created a special collection of designs in ultramarine blue. The hue was born from a special glass recipe at iittala's glass factory in Finland and pays tribute to the clarity and true warmth of the Finnish national character. It's especially stunning on Oiva Toikka's Kastehelmi (Dewdrop) design, named after the bubbled detailing on the pressed glass. The smooth and clear acrylic lid protects the contents has airtight rubber seal, so you can stash cinnamon sticks, chocolates, sugar cubes, or even succulents inside.
