Beautiful bowl! I use it for serving olives, nuts, herbs, jam, small things. Note it’s a bit different color than the older red kastehelmi so it doesn’t match perfectly with my old ones.

I read another review complaining about the color, I thought maybe they were being a little picky. Maybe we got the ones from the same batch. Coloring is a bit murky. Maybe from a blemished run?

Holds a full cup of dips or desserts. Rich saturated color a little ruddier than pictured but they do glisten in the sunlight.

Color not as expected

I ordered 8 of these bowls. I have the cranberry candy dish. The bowls are not the same red as the candy Dish nd not the same red as the web photo. These bowls are a more washed out red, border-line pink. They do not have the sparkle either- they are somewhat opaque. I suspect poor quality control. I do not think Finnstlye should have shipped these.
If you do not have the cranberry candy dish or other pieces in this family, you may not notice.
I am disappointed with this purchase.
